My name is Jodie Wiens. I have never written a company before to tell them how amazing their product was, but I am writing to tell you that I absolutely love your Joovy bottles.
They truly are the best bottles on the market. I have an eight week old daughter and I exclusively pump. I have been using the Medela bottles since she was born because it was so convenient to pump and to feed from the same bottle. However, she was spitting up a significant amount and was gassy. She often choked when she was feeding and the nipples would collapse. I did a lot of research on baby bottles before I decided to try yours. I did not want to buy bottle after bottle in order to find one that worked. I saw the Joovy bottle at Buy Buy Baby and I purchased six of your premium PPSU 9 ounce bottles. I was looking for something that I would only have to buy once, that was easy to clean, and that would help with my daughter’s spit up. I have only been using the bottles for three days now and I absolutely love them! I have seen such a huge improvement in the amount that she has spit up. She takes in virtually no air when she is drinking. She loved your bottle from her very first feeding with it. Thank you for making such a wonderful, well-thought out product. I will recommend this to all of my friends. I know that the bottles were expensive, but it was one of the best purchases I have made for her. Thanks again! -Jodie Wiens

I was using Born Free but they leak and have so many parts. This is Kristy Sevy, you spoke with my mom Janet Muir at the OR show. You kindly gave my mom two Joovy Boob bottles for my youngest daughter Josie, who has had some health problems. First, thank you so much!!! I don’t believe in coincidence, and I have to tell you that those bottles have been life changing! I know that sounds cliche, but after all we have been through I am entirely serious.
When my mom met you Josie’s NG tube had been out for ten days. Josie had lost three pounds, with the primary problem being liquid intake. Unless she began drinking (whether out of a bottle, cup, or one of the special drinking tools I have purchased) the tube was going to be put back in. The Boob bottle is THE FIRST nipple Josie has consistently sucked and swallowed with. Josie has tried to drink from a cup, but most of the liquid would end up spilling.
Since December 2012 I have taken Josie to a speech therapist, in hopes that she would quickly re-learn how to suck/drink/eat. I felt so defeated: week after week there was no big improvement. About two weeks ago Josie’s doctors and I (hesitantly) decided to pull the NG tube out for a trial period. She had been eating a decent amount of pureed food, and we hoped her liquid intake would gradually improve. However, liquid intake did not improve and Josie was on this scary line of almost being dehydrated, that is until the 10th day when I tried the Boob bottle.
Watching Josie repeatedly suck and swallow has been amazing and exciting! Every day since, Josie has improved. She likes the 0-3month slow flow nipple, as she has better control. She will actually drink 2oz at a time, which has not happened since November 2012. I was told that Josie was unlikely to suck on a nipple again, as most babies lose their nutritive sucking reflex around 6 months. I guess I feel like this is all sort of a miracle. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
As of today there are two major milestones I wanted to share with you: 1. Josie has gained back the three pounds lost and is definitely getting enough fluid through the Boob bottle; 2. Josie sucked out of a straw for the first time today!!! I have worked with a speech therapist for months, purchased special feeding/drinking tools, and Josie never once sucked out of a straw or a nipple. Both my husband and I were amazed. I can’t thank you enough.

Hello! My name is Bridget Doherty. I just wanted to drop you a little note to tell you how thankful I am that you made the Scooter x2 product. I have been searching and searching for a stroller that will suit my family’s needs and I seem to have found it. I went to “test drive” one at our local BuyBuy Baby today and it is perfect. My second child was born in September and was in the NICU until May. He came home with all kinds of medical equipment – which takes up lots of space in the stroller. I have been looking for a side-by-side stroller that could handle a ventilator, oxygen tanks, my beautiful baby and my stout 2 year old. I have found lots of tandem strollers that could work, but since my boys spent the first 7 months of Finn’s (my baby) life not able to get to know each other, I want them to be able to ride side-by-side and hold hands. So, in light of all this, I just wanted to say thank you, for making a product suits our needs so wonderfully. I haven’t yet picked up the Scooter x2, but I plan on getting it for Finn’s first birthday in September. I really think that this stroller will be something that we use for a long time. Once I have a chance to test it out, first-hand, I will be sure to pass the word onto all the other NICU parents I have met.

We met this afternoon at the trade show. Many thanks for the baby bottles to test out on little Josie! We tried both bottles tonight, and she did so well using the stage 1 slow flow nipple. You made my day much brighter and my daughter Kristy’s was pure delight as she watched Josie suck, control, and swallow! This was amazing and truly very exciting for us considering Josie’s past history.
In December Josie spent a week at Primary Children’s Medical here in Salt Lake City. She came to the hospital a very sick little baby but the best part was being able to bring her home. Her journey the past 7 months has been difficult in so many ways but with skilled medical care and a nasal feeding tube she has thrived. Ten days ago the feeding tube was taken out — exciting but also scary.
You have an excellent product! Thank you for sharing it with us — your kindness will help Josie catch-up because she loved her boob bottle!

Hi. Thank you for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have your stroller and your highchair, and love your products. Unfortunately, our highchair tray no longer snaps into place. I emailed through this site, and was contacted right away with a telephone number to reach. When I called, I was greeted by a person (not a machine) and was asked how I could be helped. The person I talked to was named Dave. He quickly realized the problem and said he would send a replacement piece right away. I didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore!! Thank you so much for the pleasant surprise and for such wonderful costumer service. If anyone asks where they should go for baby supplies, I am definitely going to direct them to Joovy.
