|I just wanted to commend the customer service I received at your Irvine, CA location. This happened awhile ago, but I was just reminded of how awesome your company is and it prompted me to send this.
My story starts when United Airlines lost one of the wheels off my stroller on our vacation to Legoland and Disneyland. This was a week and a half long trip so I needed to have the stroller or pay 15-25 dollars a day for an uncomfortable park stroller. I didn’t get my stroller until day 3 of my trip and United never notified me that a wheel was missing. They told me I would need to head to the airport to file a claim, but I already knew nothing would happen with them.
When I contacted the Joovy store all I asked is if they carried the wheel for my stroller. They said yes so I promptly drove down one early morning before heading to the parks to get a new wheel. When I walked in I explained why I was missing a wheel and why I needed to purchase a new one. The very pleasant woman at the desk promptly took my stroller from me and within minutes returned with not one, but two new wheels. She said there would be no charge for the wheels, gave me my old wheel just in case, and told me to go enjoy the rest of my vacation.
After the horrible customer service I got from United Airlines, it completely made my trip the customer service I got from your store. I apologize as I do not remember the name of who helped me, but if this message gets to them, THANK YOU!
Since then I have recommended joovy products to anyone who will listen and with a second child on the way I plan on purchasing another one. You have made me a joovy consumer for life and I wish more companies did business like joovy does! – Jimmy Liu

My husband Michael and I are proud to announce the arrival of Anthony James on November 21st, 2014. He is a blessing!
We are also blessed from winning the contest. We love the Joovy products!
The Caboose VaryLight feels so durable and smooth. Anthony loves riding in it. It also fits in the back of our car, a Subaru Impreza hatchback, without any issues. I like that I am able to easily fold and unfold it.
The Boob bottles are wonderful. I breastfeed, so I don’t use them everyday. I do pump though, so that Michael is able to feed Anthony sometimes. The pump attachments have been very helpful for that. I haven’t had any issues with the bottles. They are easy to use. We have a couple other types of bottles, but this is our favorite one. Some of our other ones have a tendency to leak. The plastic on one of the other bottles becomes too hot after being in the bottle warmer.

This is why I bought a Joovy…I noticed that the Groove I purchased a month ago had a wobbly wheel, so I called Joovy this morning. Within about 3 rings, Dave answered the phone and ordered a replacement for me. The whole call took only 4, yes 4 minutes. In a day and age where customer service has been replaced by automated systems and representatives in a foreign country that cannot be understood, I got a human being on the phone that I could understand in seconds, and who took care of my issue in minutes. Thank you Joovy (and Dave), you made a customer for life!
Kelly, thank you so much for your note. We are building our brand on customer service. While we think our products are pretty darn awesome, we really are about taking care of them while they serve you and your family.

I reached out to you when my now 15 month old was just a few weeks old to ask a question about one of your products and wow, what a past year it has been. I began with your amazing Joovy Boob bottles and my toddler has recently graduated to the Dood sippy cup. Joovy has literally grown with my now two babies and I could not be more thankful and happy with your products and company as a whole.
As a new Mom, I originally chose the Boob bottle when I was registering at Buy Buy Baby with my first son, Mason. Completely lost in all of the different options, I asked which bottle the associate recommended and Joovy was it! I did receive 4 other bottles at a baby shower and when baby Mason came home, I gave each bottle a try. Over a week, he eliminated every other bottle option but the Boob and I could easily see why; less bubbles, less air, easy to latch and for Mommy, easy to clean, sleek style and incredible quality. Now, Mason is 15 months old and loves his sippy cup the Dood. It was the perfect transition.
In May, I was so excited to learn that baby #2 would be arriving in early January. Sadly, we learned in August that our second little boy had a very bad heart defect and at the time, we did not know if he would make it. We had many tests done and saw several specialists and decided to go to full term and give this little boy a fighting chance. We named him Finley (Finn) meaning warrior. Finn made it to full term and arrived on January 2, 2015 at UVA Children’s Hospital surrounded by a cardiology team ready to assist.
When we checked into the hospital and met with the team, I gave them two Joovy Boob bottles and asked the NICU to make sure that they fed him with these. Finn couldn’t eat for the first two days but when he finally could, I was so excited to begin using the bottles.
Because Finn has a bad heart defect, his body has to work twice as hard and use twice as much energy to do even the simplest things. The activity that burns the most calories is eating. The Boob bottle solved this for me. Finn uses less energy to eat from this bottle because it is so easy for him. This is such a relief for me because he needs to gain weight for his upcoming open heart surgery. The nurses loved my bottles. Every time I had them out, they were smiling and I am so grateful that they helped me by using them instead of the one time use ones from the hospital.
Joovy has been a special part of my family for over a year now and has made me feel like a super mom. I’m looking forward to both boys growing and thriving and integrating more Joovy products into our life. I am overly impressed with the quality, durability and mostly, the incredible customer service.
Thank you Joovy!!!
Note from Joovy:We are praying and pulling for Finn. This beautiful boy is in our hearts each and every day. To follow Finn’s progress and learn more about how he is doing, be sure to follow here.
Mason’s little brother Finn enjoying his Joovy bottle. He was born with a rare heart defect and was hospitalized for over three weeks. He is home now and awaits surgery but when he is in the hospital, I bring these bottles and he loves them and so do the nurses 🙂 it’s imperative that Finn gain weight and this bottle makes that happen for him!

I don’t say this for many things, but the Joovy TwinRoo is a MUST for anyone with twins. When we found out we were having twins, our mindset changed. We no longer wanted what was cute or trendy. We needed practical. We needed products that made our lives simpler and easier. We needed things to be effective and efficient. We needed Joovy!
This is such a smart product on all counts. Looking back, this stroller was how we survived our everyday! It would be that one product that we could not have lived without. We were those people who pushed the height limit on our infant carseats because we didn’t want our days with the TwinRoo to be over. We knew that stroller made our lives easier and we waited until the DAY our son-the taller of the two-hit the 30inch point.
We live an urban lifestyle and rely on an elevator to get us to and from our parking lot. Space is always an issue and getting to and from the car is always an issue. The TwinRoo checked all of our boxes. There are other things that make this stroller one step above the leading brands of frame strollers.
Safety of course is number one. We chose the Chicco Keyfit 30 based on safety reviews and price. The click-in feature huge. Hearing the click is reassurance that your kiddos are securely in.
Beyond peace of mind, they were clicked in very securely. One can bump into the stroller, run into a door (whoops), or knock it with a bag. Basically, life can happen and you are clicked into to knowing your kid are safe.
We originally went with a different brand not knowing about Joovy. I was beyond disappointed that you had to use a strap to secure it. Not only that, despite advertisements, the Chicco Keyfit 30 didn’t fit appropriately in it. We took it back immediately.
The fact that the carseats click in side by side in opposing directions is just plain smart! Many (many) people would comment the stroller and think it was so great that the kiddos could see each other. In all reality, they never really paid attention to one another BUT it did give me a better view of them as we were strolling. Most importantly, it makes the stroller shorter in length.
In the land of tight aisles in grocery stores, you need a stroller that can make a tight turn! Grocery stores, malls, doctors offices are not designed with twins and their rides in mind. When they told me were were expecting twins, someone should have said welcome to the land of inaccessibility. Less is more when it comes to strollers in order to get around.
Due to the side by side design, the TwinRoo is also very sturdy because it is a little wider. As your twins get older, you will appreciate this as you push your height limits of the carseats. We reached the height limit way before the weight but our son was about 22 pounds and daughter 20. That’s 40 some points you will be pushing and the TwinRoo will keep up.
This goes right with design but the fact that I could operate the stroller by myself and many times with one hand says a lot.
We used this stroller every day for a year and 2 months. It was used and abused and withstood all the tosses in to the trunk.
That says a lot about how it was built.
We used this stroller for everything. For us living in a condo and relying on an elevator, this was how we got to and from the car. No matter where we went, we used the stroller. Instead of using the grocery cart at the store, we simply used the Joovy. We added hooks to the handle so we were even more set!
Beyond transporting the kiddos, we used the stroller for feeding time. When they were little, I had to feed them on my own. I would strap them into their carseats and feed one on one side and one on the other. As they got older, we added the handles to the Joovy Boob and they were able to feed themselves in the carseats. We would just wheel the stroller out to the kitchen when it was time for their bottle and they would be all set.
Ease of Use
The TwinRoo is a simple as it gets for usability. It’s simple to handle, fold and unfold. The best is how easy it is to maneuver and push. Its relatively lightweight which is great once the babies start getting bigger!
Thank you to whoever designed this basket. You will use this basket and fill it up! For us, it was our grocery cart! The purse holder, the diaper bag holder! Since the carseats go on top of the frame… it sometimes can be a little difficult to take items out, but the sides are low enough or one carseat can snap out.
It simply makes sense to have 4 cup holders on a double stroller: 2 for mom and dad and 2 for the babies. Other brands don’t think so. It seems silly to mention a cup holder but in all reality, a cup holder turns into a key holder/cell phone holder, a pacifier holder, and a toy holder. It just one more plus to the stroller
From the design, to the durability, size, to practicality, this stroller is just smart. All aspects were well planned and designed with the parent of twins in mind.
As you embark on your new journey with twins, always keep in mind what is practical. You need products that make your life easier. You don’t need double of everything but you do need a Joovy TwinRoo to make everyday life a little simpler.
Elizabeth, mom of twins, Carson and Ellie

My 3 month old son is given breast milk exclusively, and almost always from the breast. He has a lip tie and a high-arch palate that has made latching on to both bottle and breast a challenge. I have invested in an assortment of “natural” bottles that are supposed to mimic a mother’s breast and reduce gassiness, including Munchkin Latch, Dr. Brown’s, and Tommy Tippee, among others, He refuses the latter two, and will only occasionally take the Latch bottle, though most often refusing it and instead preferring my breast. Best case, he will successfully take a Latch bottle 1-2 times a week, and with his upper lip curled under.
Today, we tried the Joovy Boob Baby Bottle PP…and WOW!! I was amazed at how much he liked it. My husband noted how his lips perfectly flanged out, and he accepted the bottle with zero resistance. He comfortably drank without his usual squirming and frustration with the nipple. To be sure that it was not a fluke, I followed up that feeding with a second feeding before bedtime. Never have I ever been successful in giving him a bottle twice in a day, let alone twice in a row. I’m SO impressed!!!
Cleaning the bottles was quick and easy – the lack of parts is appreciated and convenient.
I purchased a set of bottles and nipples from Amazon the same day and can’t wait for them to get here. My only regret is that I hadn’t been introduced to these sooner!

I waited a year to see my daughter take a bottle.
Brynlee was born with Pierre Robin Sequence and had a g-tube and trach placed at 9 days old due to feeding and breathing difficulty related to her cleft palate, micrognathia, and airway obstruction.
She turned 1 year old on Sunday and we decided to give the Joovy Boob a try now that her palate is repaired and she has suction. She took to it and loves it!
Thank you so much, for being such a wonderful support this year and for sending these awesome bottles for Brynlee.

Dear Doodie and Joovy,
I purchased my Joovy while pregnant with my fourth. It is by far the best baby purchase I’ve ever made! It’s trained for two half-marathons with me (with a dog leash in my hand), and has made it from Virginia to Germany where walking is the main mode of transportation! My baby is almost three & I couldn’t be happier with my stroller choice. We are currently riding to the Nürnberg Christmas Market on the train with my Joovy, where both my seven and two year old will be making use of the stroller!
